Diane is thrilled to return to the International Storytelling Center to represent the storytelling art as "Storyteller in Residence." Each day there will be a 2:00 matinee of storytelling and Celtic harp. Check out all of the performances running in repertory that week!

Tuesday, September 3rd will feature Diane Edgecomb accompanied by Celtic harper Margot Chamberlain for "New Age Gawain and the Bungee-Jumping Wildman Green Knight. Free and open to the public, Diane brings her fun-filled family performance Tall Fall Tales to Gilbertville Public Library for a special back to school celebration.

Tall Fall Tales brings alive the autumn world of nature with original stories and songs sure to delight both young and old. In the hilarious tale Plenty of Nuts, young Beatrice just cannot sit still in class. In the end, a lesson from a neighborhood squirrel helps her learn how to concentrate. Fall Fire, based on a Native American myth, tells how a friendly beaver painted the trees with autumn’s fiery colors. Celebrate fall and New England with this enchanting seasonal performance. This event is funded in part by the Hardwick-New Braintree Cultural Council a local agency which is supported by the Mass Cultural Council, a state agency.
