Lord of the Cranes
Span the Globe with these two stories and their messages of peace. When Tian, the Chinese Lord of the Cranes, hears of a beggar left to starve he soars down to earth on the back of the largest crane to test humankind. Volunteers help by participating in a Crane Dance and then the whole audience joins in with the next Native American story that tells why the whales were given the great gift of the “Pipe of Peace.”
