These performances, as full of entertainment as they are of insight and meaning, have been featured at some of America’s most popular museums – from the Museum of Science and Museum of Fine Arts in Boston to the Academy of Natural Sciences in Philadelphia. Tall Fall Tales: This charming performance celebrates fall colors, the star in the apple and a girl who just can’t sit still.
Once Upon A Wintertime: These tales of wintertime magic and fun are drawn from many cultures ranging from the lyrical Grimm’s tale of “Snow White and Rose Red” to stories of folksy New England escapades.
Christmas Magic
A rich performance of fanciful tales full of holiday magic and fun. Find out about Johnny Mollasses, a very adventurous Christmas tree ornament and take part in a Santa Claus adventure. The program culminates with a beautiful little Native American legend telling of the meaning and importance of the evergreen trees.
Welcome in the Spring: This program weaves together the best of spring folklore, nature tales and contemporary stories to create the perfect accompaniment for this joyful season.
Summer Escapades: This fun-filled performance features some of Diane’s best-loved stories. A monkey who goes for a wild ride on the back of a shark, Princess Firefly and other tales.
Once Upon a Halloween: An all time favorite- Diane’s Halloween performance has suspense and a whole lot of humor! Don’t miss the cauldron brimming over with magic fog!
