Open to everyone, this Celebration of Community entitled “Only one-and-all” shows how each of us can make a real difference in our world. Diane’s stories include Kate’s Acorn, in which Kate’s kind heart leads her to plant her first oak tree while learning about all the soil creatures that help out. There’s also the special Chinese story Lord of the Cranes about the power of generosity and the secret reason one person’s open heart saves the world. The last story is Diane’s original piece about a water sprite who journeys through the water and sewage system in search of her reservoir. We learn about the water cycle and how to conserve water—our most precious resource.
