April 22, 2022 @ 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm

Stories and Songs for a BLUE PLANET!

Come celebrate Earth Day’s anniversary as Diane Edgecomb entertains with interactive Stories & Songs fun for the whole family!

The event will be held outdoors by the library. In case of inclement weather it will be held indoors at the community center. Make sure you are in touch with the library at 978-526-2016 (children’s room) to find out about Sign-up and Covid safety measures! Hope to see you there!

Celebrate nature and all the simple things we can do to help with Diane’s beloved, interactive performance. Wonderfully entertaining and yet rich in its ‘care-full’ message, Blue Planet includes Diane’s original water conservation tale “What Now, Cloacina?!” the hilarious story of a water sprite who dives into Boston’s sewage system in search of her reservoir. This special family entertainment is packed with stories and songs of nature’s awakening including talking earthworms and a  participatory recycling adventure! What shines through the entire performance is a love and respect for our place in nature; with many ideas communicated about how we can make a difference.
